Private Residence Rooms
Residence halls have community lounges with TV, sink and microwave. There are shared washrooms available on each floor that are equipped with toilets, sinks, and showers (washrooms are shared gender inclusive). Pay laundry facilities are also located in each building.
The dining hall is conveniently located adjacent to the residence towers. Indoor and outdoor recreational facilities are easily accessible.

The Simon Hotel
Situated on the top floor of the highest building in the Vancouver area, the Simon Hotel offers panoramic views of Mount Baker in Washington State, the San Juan Islands, Vancouver Island, the Strait of Georgia, the North Shore Mountains and the Lower Mainland.
Rooms range in size from 250 to 400 square feet with either one queen bed (Queen Room) or one queen bed plus a double sofa bed (Queen with Sofa Room).
